Reading Intervention

Our Service Model

Train your school aides and support staff on
ESSA-rated, reading science-aligned reading interventions.

Over half of the educators we train each year are paraprofessionals, a group of educators who are often underutilized and lack opportunities for professional development. LT believes that investing in this workforce is key to building capacity in schools, elevating & educating adults from their own communities, and supporting students in culturally responsive & systematic ways.

98% of PD attendees agreed that their training was well organized, easy to follow, and an appropriate length of time, as well as including sufficient practice opportunities.
