Diana Parra

Manager of Talent, Operations, and Culture

Diana supports Literacy Trust's day-to-day operations in order to develop a positive and equitable workplace culture. She oversees talent management, organization-wide systems, and is an ambassador for company policies and procedures. 

Previously, Diana spent years in service as a Public Ally for the National Public Service Fellowship, a competitive 10-month program focused on advancing new leadership to strengthen communities, nonprofits, and civic participation. Additionally, she served as a Disaster Survivor Assistance Specialist Corps Member with the AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps, where she provided full-time disaster preparedness and relief support to communities across the country. Most recently, Diana worked as Talent Development Coordinator for an urban planning consulting firm where she supported their recruiting, training, mentoring, and staff development.  Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in International Studies and Public Administration from Montclair State University.

When not at Literacy Trust, Diana enjoys catching up on crime shows and exploring the best taco restaurants in New York City.
